About Me

Eva Mae Connell
Eva Mae Connell is a bronze sculptor and metal artist from Encinitas, California. She has a BS from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, CA. Her interests in art have been ceramics, glass casting, bronze casting and metal work. She has studied foundry at Palomar College in San Marcos, California. Her bronze sculptures and knives have been on exhibit at Mendocino Art Center Gallery, the Dacia Gallery in New York and her piece, "The Blacksmith" was the cover feature of the California Blacksmith newsletter, May-June 2008 issue. She is a past artist-in-residence at Mendocino Art Center creating bronzes, jewelry, glass casting and blade-smithing. Currently she is residing in Encinitas. Contact her at evaconnell@gmail.com.
